Privacy policy
Version 2026-09-29. We use your contact and athlete details to operate your account, scoring and communications. Public Cards can display your handle, country and competitive history. A private Card is unranked and does not appear on The Board or The Book. See the Rules.
Health information
Health screening answers are sensitive information. We collect them only to help keep you safe before a physical test, and we never publish them, sell them or use them for marketing.
Athletes with a record: we store your yes/no answers, whether you confirmed clearance from a doctor or allied health professional, and the date. Only League administrators can read them. You repeat the screening before The Seven if it is more than 12 months old.
The Opener without an account: we do not store your individual answers. We store only that you were screened, whether any answer was yes, whether you confirmed clearance, and the date.
Dated agreement records are also kept privately for safety and consent. You can ask to see or correct your data through the contact page.
Emails and unsubscribing
Opener results, challenge emails, Profile results, next-Round emails and Round announcements are optional. Each one has an unsubscribe link that works without signing in. Unsubscribing stops all of these emails to that address, whether or not you have an account. Account emails you ask for, such as confirmations and password resets, still arrive.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account in Settings. We delete your sign-in, email address, handle, photo, display name, gym, country, private health answers, your "Brought in by" link, your name on challenges you sent, and emails saved with your Opener and Profile results.
The Book is a permanent record. Rebel Numbers you posted stay in it with the score, shown as "Retired athlete", with no handle, photo, name or gym. Sex, age band and weight class stay with those results so the boards remain fair. Your old Card link shows only "Retired athlete", and nobody else can take your old handle.
