Refund policy

Membership is A$49 for one year. It renews automatically each year until you cancel, and we email you a reminder 14 days before each renewal.

Change of mind

If you cancel within 14 days of joining and haven't entered The Seven in that period, email us and we'll refund the year's fee in full.

Cancelling renewal

You can cancel any time from Settings → Manage membership. Your membership stays active until the end of the paid year — cancelling stops the next renewal, it doesn't refund the current year.

Your consumer rights

Nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If the service has a major problem, you're entitled to a refund for the unused portion.

How to ask

Email info@rebelfitnessleague.com from your account email with "Refund" in the subject. We answer within two business days and approved refunds land back on your card within 5–10 business days.
